• If you are planning a home renovation with a contractor, BCE will conduct a pre-renovation or pre-demolition designated substance survey to test building materials for asbestos and lead content prior to construction .  

• BCE can assess the radon levels in your home and provide recommendations. We have C-NRPP (Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program) Certified Professionals on staff with 20 years of experience.

• After a flood or water loss in your home, BCE can assist by conducting a moisture and water loss assessment, drafting a scope of work for contractors, directing contractors, and conducting air monitoring for airborne mould spores following remediation.

• We conduct comprehensive mould assessments and testing and will provide recommendations to ensure successful remediation, if required.

• Just curious if a material in your home contains asbestos? We do that too! No project is too big or too small.
